胃食管反流病是胃酸逆流回食管并引起胃灼热的状况。🔥

食管下括约肌无法正常松弛或变弱，胃酸可能回流到食管。持续的胃酸反流会刺激食管内膜，从而经常导致发炎。

中医将胃食管反流病归为“反酸、吐酸”，中医将胃食管反流病归为“反酸、吐酸”，通常与肝气不舒、脾胃虚弱或胃热导致的胃气上逆有关。

胃食管反流病需要长期管理，治疗与生活方式调整同样重要。💪

GERD happens when stomach acid flows back up into the esophagus & causes heartburn.🔥

If lower esophageal sphincter doesn’t relax as is typical or it weakens, stomach acid can flow back into the esophagus. This constant backwash of acid irritates the lining of the esophagus, often causing it to become inflamed.

In TCM, GERD is classified as “acid regurgitation” or “sour reflux.” It is usually related to adverse rising of stomach qi caused by liver qi stagnation, spleen & stomach deficiency or stomach heat.

GERD requires long-term management, balancing treatment and lifestyle changes.💪

🥵最近的天气，不是单纯的“热”，而是典型的湿热交织。闷、黏、重，让人整天提不起精神。

很多人第一反应是：喝冷饮、吹空调。但其实——不是越凉越好。冷饮 + 空调，反而容易让湿气更重。

“湿邪最怕脾虚，而冷饮最伤脾。” 结果就是：湿气加重、容易上火，肠胃不适、皮肤问题也跟着来。

这个时候，真正该做的不是一味贪凉，而是——清热祛湿，养好脾胃。
少一点冰饮，少一点油腻，让身体慢慢“轻”下来，状态自然就回来了。

🍵凉茶真正的重点是把身体里多余的热、闷、燥，适当地带走。
不是全部人都适合，也不是全部人都不适合。
凉茶真正适合的，是短暂、适量、对症。
凉茶本身没有错，错的往往是用错了时机、用错了方式。

喝凉茶是需要要看时机、看量、看身体反应。
但就算适合，也不代表可以天天、大量、当水喝。
凉茶更像是短暂调节，而不是日常必需、或长期依赖。

🍵The main purpose of herbal cooling tea is to appropriately remove excess heat, stuffiness & dryness from the body.
It is not suitable for everyone, but it is also not unsuitable for everyone.
Herbal cooling tea is truly suitable for short-term, moderate & symptom-based use.
There is nothing inherently wrong with herbal cooling tea—the problem usually lies in using it at the wrong time or in the wrong way.

Drinking it requires attention to timing, quantity & the body’s response.
Even if it is suitable, that doesn't mean it can be consumed every day, in large amounts, or as a replacement for water.
Herbal tea should be seen as a temporary adjustment, rather than a daily necessity or something to rely on long-term.
