(1) Adjustments 🦴
Spinal re-alignment and increased joint mobility are top benefits from adjustments. These help you to move more efficiently, reduce risk of injury, and even improve breathing capacity!

(2) Injury recovery 🩼
Unfortunately, injuries can get common the more active you are. We make sure to address injuries ASAP, both through passive care AND actively assessing and correcting movement patterns with you. This helps to get you back on your feet faster and stronger!

(3) Stretching/strengthening 💪
Apart from helping you feel good in the moment, we make sure you stay feeling good for as long as possible. This is done by correcting muscle imbalances and patterns through stretching and muscle activation.
