Together with Relife Mental Health Clinic, we had the privilege of setting up an exhibition booth at the ECHO Training on Management of Erectile Dysfunction at Hospital Sungai Buloh.

It was a meaningful opportunity to raise awareness, share knowledge, and connect with medical professionals. A special highlight of the day was when Ms. Joyce conducted a live Hypnotherapy Demonstration Session, where she guided participants through simple relaxation techniques and explained how hypnotherapy can be applied to support mental and emotional well-being in clinical practice. Many attendees expressed curiosity and interest in how these techniques could complement medical treatment.

We remain committed to creating more spaces for awareness, learning, and collaboration in the community. This is also a big step for the hypnosis field as we strive to introduce this concept to doctors and nurses.

On 7th September, I had the privilege of conducting a Managing Emotions Workshop at the National Cancer Society of Malaysia (NCSM) HQ in KL. 🌿

During the session, participants explored ways to recognise their emotions and practised practical techniques for managing them effectively. Through activities and discussions, they not only learned useful strategies but also connected with one another in a supportive and engaging environment. 💭

I was encouraged by the enthusiasm and openness shown throughout the workshop. It was wonderful to witness participants actively applying the tools introduced and sharing their insights with the group. ✨

Workshops like this reaffirm the importance of building emotional resilience and equipping individuals with strategies that can be applied in everyday life. I look forward to seeing the positive impact these skills bring to each participant moving forward. 💜
