我们在问诊的过程中，发现很多病人认为能吃、能拉代表肠胃好，真的是这样吗？

能吃能拉可能说明
✅食欲正常
✅可以排便
但是并不代表肠胃功能绝对健康哦！

肠胃功能好的表现还包括
📌食欲正常不过度
📌胃部无不适症状（胃胀、胃痛、反胃、恶心、沉重等）
📌排便规律且便形正常
📌消化吸收良好（不容易胀气、打嗝）

为什么肠胃功能正常这么重要？
中医认为“脾为后天之本，气血生化之源”，脾胃健康，才能运化食物、水谷精微，生成气血，滋养全身。若脾胃虚弱，气血生化无源，其他脏腑功能也会受影响，因此脾胃功能在中医中至关重要。

中医在调理肠胃功能有一定的优势，通过中药、针灸、艾灸、食疗等方法，使肠胃功能恢复。

面部长斑用了很多方法都没效？😫

“诸病于内，必形于外”，面部长斑（如黄褐斑、雀斑、老年斑等）在中医中被认为是内在脏腑功能失调在体表的一种反映，这些斑不仅仅是“皮肤问题”，而是可能提示某些脏腑功能异常、气血失和或情志失调。从里到外调理面部长斑，是中医美容的核心理念。因为皮肤只是表现，根本问题在内里：脏腑功能、气血运行、情绪状态、生活习惯等。

多方面引起面部长斑，可能是：
1、 肝郁气滞 😠
面色暗沉，色斑较深

2、 脾虚湿盛 😶‍🌫️
面部肤色晦暗

3、肾虚精亏 🫥
色斑伴有面色苍白或萎黄

4、瘀血阻滞 😓
面色晦暗，斑色深

Tried many methods for facial pigmentation with no results?

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), there’s a saying: “All internal diseases must manifest externally.”
