A rejuvenating trip back to nature,Tabin Wildlife resort Sabah is Malaysia’s largest reserve with a total land area of 300,000 acres.

We were fortunate to come across some rare species of animals such as sun bear n Leopard cat which is on the brink of extinction.

Most parts of our lives, our hands seem to be doing a lot of tasks continuously everyday.
Housewives house chores, kids~writing and homework and working adults mostly either typing on the phone or keyboards, unfortunately over time our wrist takes a toll due to repetitive movements without rest, thus creating injury and inflammation to the tendons and ligaments on your wrist moving all the way up to the forearm at times.

Here are some mildly challenging poses that can help strengthen the wrist and forearm.
Try holding the poses for about 10-20 seconds and increase duration over time.

Maintaining a Healthy Pancreas

While our country is still under lockdown some of us have found comfort is what we call
“Stress eating”.

What is basically means is the body simply finds a coping mechanism to deal with stress that’s thrown to us in so many different levels and of course food becomes our savior!

Eating is important for survival but when we overindulge that puts our digestive and especially the pancreas into more stress and when it can’t cope we end up with diabetes and other illnesses as well.

Best foods to consume and maintain a healthy pancreas is to eat loads of cruciferous veges ( lettuce/ broccoli/ Kai Lan/sawi etc)
esp berries are important to prevent cancer (can make smoothies or eat them naturally)
# Green tea instead of sugary drinks
# garlic helps prevent inflammation of the pancreas
# Eating past 10pm puts a load on your pancreas so
try to minimize fatty food past 10pm
# Exercise of course helps to improve circulation and below are some simple asanas that will definitely help your pancreas to remain strong 💪🏻 of course it goes with food control!
