Knowledge is the key to independence and our recent digital skills workshop for seniors held at Care Concierge Clubhouse led by student volunteers from Universiti Malaya was all about unlocking essential new skills and levelling up one’s digital game! 📱
After a quick welcome and introduction from the General Manager of Care Concierge Academy, Keegan Lim. the UM students dove straight into the essentials for daily life, covering everything from mastering Touch 'n Go eWallet and Grab to navigating the latest features on MySejahtera and MyDigital ID and even how to troubleshoot for solutions online! 💪
The highlight of the day was witnessing the group gain the confidence bit by bit to handle digital tasks independently. No matter what questions the attendees had, the UM team was there every step of the way, providing patient, one-on-one guidance to ensure no question went unanswered. 🫶
