ACT4Health, in collaboration with Angsana Health, took part in the Avantmind Matters Campaign at Monash University Malaysia from 19 to 20 September 2025.

The campaign aimed to promote mental health and cognitive well-being among the campus community including students, academics, and professionals. Our booth inspired open conversations on emotional resilience, brain health, and early detection of cognitive decline. 💭

We recently conducted a focused Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) Training for 14 pharmacists from the Big Caring Group, held at the Training Room, Caring Nusa Bestari, Johor Bahru.

The session was led by Dr. Nina, CEO of ACT4Health, and Ms. Renuka, Senior Pharmacist from Hospital Sultan Ismail, Johor Bahru, who shared valuable insights on early detection, communication, and management strategies for individuals with MCI.

What a heartwarming day at the Perak State-level Elderly Day Celebration 2025, held on 29 October 2025 (Wednesday) at Rumah Seri Kenangan, Seri Iskandar!

The event brought together over 300 seniors and guests for a morning filled with energy, laughter, and meaningful activities.

We were honoured to have the event officiated by YB Dato’ Salbiah Mohamed, Chairperson of the Committee on Women Development, Family, Social Welfare, Entrepreneur Development, and Cooperatives of Perak. 🌿

Every smile and moment shared reminded us how important it is to cherish and support our elderly community because healthy aging begins with care, connection, and compassion. 💫

🧩✨ Program Kesihatan Warga Emas✨🧩
Alhamdulillah, the health program jointly organized by Wanita IKRAM Petaling Jaya and ACT4Health was successfully held on 28 September 2025 (Sunday) at Surau Al-Firdaus, PPR Lembah Subang 1.

The highlights of the event was a health talk titled “Mudah Lupa? Usia atau Amaran Awal?” delivered by Dr Roshaslina, CEO of ACT4Health, followed by free health screenings specially for seniors aged 55 and above.

A heartfelt thank you to all participants, volunteers, and the local community for making this event a success! 🌸
