Lower eyelid pulled down ( ) after surgery?

Common seen complication post op. It is not only unsightly, but cause chemosis (Swelling of conjunctiva) and lead to disturbed vision. He also cannot closes eyes fully at sleep ( ). Thankfully, after surgery, patient’s situation is very much improved.

eyes no more!!!

While can look great in other races, it seldom looks good in due to our delicate bony structure. This patient frightened of surgery have tried everything else to prevent looking tired. Full face biostimulater / /fake eyelashes, you name it. The and work so hard that her natural is also hard to see as it is overstretched. Finally she plucked up the courage to have the surgery.

The effect: : “ Dr , it is the first time I don’t need to strain open my eyes to see, lifting upper eyelid to see is so easy!!!” And she has a beautiful brow and double eyelid to her eyes. And most importantly “ she is still her !!!” A better fresher version of herself.



不再有深凹无神的眼睛！

Thyroid eye disease( ) is a journey

This lady who was treated elsewhere for come for second opinion. She tried on lots of supportive treatment and healthy lifestyle before embarking on surgery. With all the adjunctive help, she finally getting there.

TED does not have a quick fix solution. It is an disease. Whilst medication and surgery can help, it is the change of of the patient which sustained the changes.

This person has been bothered by left side causing . It makes him more self conscious during his encounter with his client. The task is to correct the ptosis and to create a double eyelid. He may need a further procedure.

Thankfully, one week post op, he recovered well. Now he is ready to conquer the world.

eyes feel irritable? Be careful if poke into eyes

poking into eye are common. Causes are varies. This lady is due to age. Plucking lashes does not really help much as it will grow back again. It requires an repair. Address it correctly by seeing an saves u lots of unnecessary appointment.

Being old and male is NEVER a hindrance for !!!

This 79 years old super active and sharp gentleman come for eyelid surgery. He really struggle with vision despite previous . He has some health issues. Thankfully, after bilateral eye lid surgeries, he can see well again!!! Eyelid surgery is JUST NOT a , it is actually can help an elderly to regain and !!!

Time to get a new car!

Are eye bags just a lump filled with fat?
surgery is an easy job even a can do it right?

For the past few months, Dr Ho has been seeing lots of serious eye complications after eyebags surgery. This one are done by beautician.

Result: despite having less eyebags, lower eyelid was everted out (inside red area coming out). . eye distracted out (a gap between eyelid and the eye) causing dryness and discomfort, and cannot close the eyes properly at night ( mouthing).

Remember, eyelid function is to protect the eye. Despite no more eye bags , but left with eye problems, is it worth it?
