i was a soft toy designer for about 10yrs and used own a craft shop which specialized on Smocking dresses, creating soft toy, patch work and quilt, love my creative work so much but i was very sick for a long while that i have close my craft business and start working from home. Due to my sickness i was advice by Doctor to go on gluten free diet, dairy free and no beans.... basically mean no 'flour', no dairy and no beans in my meals, that was very difficult and depressing as i love cake very much, also limited choice of food that make me even more depressed therefore i start making gluten free cakes for myself, wasn't easy at the beginning and after many failed and trail i finally manage to get my own recipe right. I used to conducting sewing classes at home so i served my gluten free cake to all my student and to my surprise everyone loved it and encourage me to sell my cakes on fb, that's how i started my baking journey and discover more delicious treats by using all natural and premium ingredients in all my cakes such as my signature Gluten free "Musang king durian Roulade', cotton cake which i learn from a old lady while staying in Japan, dark chocolate olive oil cake and i do special request by client who have restricted diet or allergy , i know it's hard to get cake specially made to your request, just drop me i list i will do my best to fulfill your requirement.
