However, in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and for everyone's safety, we currently operate on an appointment basis only with new SOP stipulated by MOH.

Dear valued patients,

We wanted to reach out to each of you and let you know that we have been working hard to create a safe, clean environment for you amidst everything going on with COVID-19. Considering that chiropractic services are categorised under Traditional and Complementary Medicine services, we are still regarded as part of the healthcare delivery system in Malaysia and therefore will still be operating.

However, your comfort, safety and health are of the highest importance to us.

We have drafted and implemented new procedures to make sure any chance of exposure to viruses or bacteria of ANY kind is minimal.
1. Chiropractic tables will be sanitized with Dettol between every single use, as well as all diagnostic and treatment tools. All our chiropractors will also wash their hands thoroughly between each patient interaction.
2. All general surfaces including seating, bathrooms and door handles are cleaned and disinfected multiple times daily.
3. All patient appointments have been spaced out so that you would not have to be in the clinic longer than necessary, nor will there be large groups of people at any given time.
4. Our chairs have been rearranged to be appropriately distanced from each other and we have done away with our toys and books for the time being.

To help us with creating a safer environment for everyone, we will need a few things from you:
• Please book in your appointments beforehand and be punctual to your appointments.
• Please wash your hands upon entering the clinic.
• If you have recently travelled overseas, or have been in contact with any individuals who have returned from high-risk countries, please avoid coming to the clinic and to observe a 14-day self-quarantine to monitor for the symptoms of virus.

While we anticipate that all of these changes will be temporary in nature, we are taking these precautions in order to put your health and safety into the utmost consideration. We will keep you updated of any changes via our Facebook and Instagram. If you are concerned about anything regarding COVID-19 and our clinic, do not hesitate to give us a call at +6012-3032231.
