Grateful beyond words for the opportunity to share my knowledge and passion on stage. 🎤

What many may not know — I’m naturally an introvert, and public speaking has always been a personal challenge for me. Stage fright is real, but so is growth.

It took a deep breath, a lot of courage, and a strong belief in the message I wanted to share. And I’m so glad I did it. 😮‍💨

Thank you and for trusting me and giving me the platform to speak to fellow doctors and industry professionals. Your support truly means the world.

Here’s to stepping out of comfort zones, chasing growth, and always showing up, even with shaky hands and a brave heart. 💛

Stay true to yourself and find happiness on your own terms.

If you ever struggle to tune out others’ opinions, remind yourself that their voices don’t define you. Do what feels right, chase what’s worthwhile, and walk forward with a clear conscience.
