MyEndosis had the privilege of connecting with the wonderful staff at Baker & Hughes for a meaningful conversation on endometriosis and menstrual pain in the workplace.

Our teammate, Wendy, presented on behalf of MyEndosis — and she did such a beautiful job bringing the lived realities of menstrual pain into the room. It wasn’t just a “talk”; it was an honest discussion about what many employees quietly navigate, and how small shifts in understanding can make work environments more supportive.

These conversations matter. They help us create workplaces where people feel seen, supported, and able to do their best.

Thank you, Baker & Hughes, for welcoming us and for being open to these important dialogues.🎗️

On 22 November, MyEndosis had the honour of being invited by Sarawak General Hospital to speak at their session on women’s health.

Our MyEndosis representative based in Sarawak, Cheryl Wong, delivered the talk and she did it with so much heart.

Cheryl shared not just information, but lived experience. She spoke about what patients like herself go through, the physical toll, and the emotional burden that often goes unseen.

Her session was a reminder of why we do this work at MyEndosis: to help healthcare professionals understand the realities of endometriosis, and to strengthen patient–professional conversations so women are heard, believed, and supported earlier.

Thank you, Sarawak GH, for creating the space for this conversation — and thank you, Cheryl, for representing MyEndosis with courage, vulnerability, and conviction.

Yesterday’s lunch turned into one of those moments that reminded us why MyEndosis exists and why it continues to grow stronger after 11 years.

It wasn’t an official meeting, no agendas, no minutes… just a simple gathering of like-minded people who genuinely believe, deeply, that creating awareness on endometriosis matters. These wonderful people show up not because they have to, but because they care deeply about changing the long-standing, incorrect perceptions surrounding menstrual pain.

The connection we share goes far beyond friendship. We are more than endo comrades. We are the MyEndosis family.

We also took this moment to bid farewell to a few cherished teammates who will be leaving us including our dear Nazhatul. We are grateful for every contribution, they’ve poured into this mission.

And we couldn’t be prouder of our committee member, Zachary Roland, who recently published his book appropriately titled “Never Stay Down.” His work, courage, and voice add so much strength to our mission.

Every conversation, every laugh, and every honest moment yesterday reminded us how lucky we are to have this team. MyEndosis stands strong today because of the wonderful, committed people who continue to walk this mission with heart, intention, and so much empathy.

Here’s to the MyEndosis family, to 11 years of fighting stigma, and a more informed world for those living with endometriosis. 🎗️

Endometriosis is not “just period pain.” It affects lives, families, careers and mental well-being. When we start talking about it honestly from a patient perspective, we create space for earlier diagnosis, better support and a more compassionate society.

Thank you BFM for giving this topic the airtime it deserves.

Let’s keep breaking the silence together 🎗️

A heartfelt thank you to HealthToday Malaysia for featuring EndoBrothers, the male-ally arm of MyEndosis, in their latest piece — “Men Need to Talk About Period Pain: Inside EndoBrothers, the Male Allies for Endometriosis.”

https://malaysia.healthtoday.net/for-her/men-need-to-talk-about-period-pain-inside-endobrothers-the-male-allies-for-endometriosis/

EndoBrothers began with a simple but powerful idea — that men can be part of the solution. Whether as partners, fathers, brothers, or friends, their empathy and understanding can change how we talk about menstrual pain and endometriosis in our homes and communities.

To our EndoBrothers — thank you for showing that compassion has no gender. Your willingness to listen, learn, and advocate helps break the silence around period pain and brings us closer to a world where women are heard, believed, and supported.

To HealthToday Malaysia, thank you for helping us keep this conversation going — one story at a time.

Thank you to HealthToday Malaysia for shining a spotlight on our MyEndosis journey in their piece “From Silence to Advocacy: How One Woman’s Pain Became Malaysia’s Voice for Endometriosis Awareness.”

https://malaysia.healthtoday.net/for-her/from-silence-to-advocacy-how-one-womans-pain-became-malaysias-voice-for-endometriosis-awareness/

When MyEndosis started, it was because pain, misinformation, and silence felt like the only path. But thanks to stories on the work we do, the conversation is changing. Through humility, courage and community, we’re transforming what it means to live and advocate with endometriosis in Malaysia.

To HealthToday, thank you for helping our voices be heard. Thank you for believing these stories matter. Every awareness raised, every misconception challenged, brings hope.

To everyone who has supported us — our team, our partners, the women who’ve shared their stories, those who’ve walked alongside us, your support gives meaning to this work. We are in this together.

Here’s to more dialogue, more understanding, and a future where every woman’s pain is recognised, validated, and treated with compassion.
