Throwback to August, when our team had the opportunity to attend an inspiring forum hosted by Yayasan Hasanah, bringing together changemakers, funders, and social enterprises from all over Malaysia. ๐ซ The conversations centred around Philanthropy that Listensโan approach that places communities at the heart of decision-making, ensuring support is built on understanding, empathy, and lived experience.
Across multiple sessions, speakers echoed the importance of grounding philanthropic work in real community insights. From discussions on responsive funding models to panels exploring co-creation with local stakeholders, each session reinforced that meaningful listening is essential for building trust, shaping relevant interventions, and achieving sustainable long-term impact. ๐
We extend our appreciation to for creating a valuable platform for dialogue and collaboration. ๐ค๐ป Thank you for gathering diverse voices in the sector and fostering conversations that will continue to shape a more responsive and community-driven future.

SOLS Health is a behavioural health centre that connects clients to accessible individual, family and community mental health and nutritional services with an emphasis on combating the stigma of mental health in Malaysia.
SOLS health is a non-profit organisation that provides a range of psychotherapies (eg: CBT, psychodynamic, existential therapy) to our different clients. All therapy is conducted by qualified and registered professionals.
We believe that behavioural health is one of the most critical determinants to physical health, personal wellness and good quality of life.
The above statistics and unfortunate and widespread stigma of mental health in Malaysia is worrying. This stigma is based on ignorance, it culminates in discrimination, and it results in suffering.
We will not stop until going to the psychologist for your behavioural problems is recognised and accepted in the same light as going to the doctor for your medical problems. We exist because we believe that there is no health without mental health.
We also provide comprehensive and holistic services to families, relationships and childhood intervention assessments and treatments. (please refer to our services tab)
As a non-profit, we provide subsidized rates to people from lower to mid level household income. Please contact us for more details
