Your Role

As a Product Specialist (Medical Device) at DANMEDIK, you’ll be the bridge between cutting-edge technology and the healthcare professionals who use it. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by introducing innovative solutions that help improve patient care.

What You’ll Do:

Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.

Promote and market a portfolio of advanced medical devices to drive awareness and sales growth.

Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations for clinicians and end-users.

Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.

Collaborate with our technical team to handle product inquiries, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Represent DANMEDIK at workshops, training sessions, and industry events.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Product Specialist in the medical device industry.

A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Results-driven with proven sales and customer relationship experience.

Analytical thinker who can spot opportunities and act on them.

Independent, proactive, and a great team player.

Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences. Candidate poses with Biomedical Engineering or IT related degree is a plus.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy with at least 1 - 2 years working experiences.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Must possess own vehicle and willing to travel within Klang Valley and the territory assigned to you.
