Product Specialist/ Senior Product Specialist (Klang Valley)
 This job is eligible for sales incentives

Key responsibilities:
 Sales role for medical devices (Surgical portfolio)
 Regular meetings with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in a hospital setting for product detailing & product showcase.
 Attending cases in Operation Theatre for product application & product evaluation when required
 Develop new accounts and maintain existing accounts through an effective & efficient sales coverage plan
 Address all customer concerns, product & sales inquiries as well as product
complaints promptly and fairly.
 Conducting and arranging continuous medical education (CME) activities - workshops/demonstrations for healthcare professionals.
 Build professional rapport and establish a good relationship with healthcare professionals
 Responsible for achieving sales objectives in the assigned territory

Key requirements

 Bachelor's degree or Professional Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Nursing, Biology, Medical Science, or equivalent
 3-5 years of sales/ marketing experience in the medical devices/ pharmaceutical sector
 Ability to work independently with high responsibility
 Self-motivated, energetic, and good communication skills
 Relevant product experience preferred
 Required language: English and Bahasa Malaysia (both speaking & writing are required). Any other languages (speaking) are added advantages
 Possessing own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia

On 20th & 21st July 2019, The 1st training workshop for “THE 9 STEPS TO FLEXDEX” in collaboration with OLYMPUS, endorsed by SELMA to run the 1st training organized by Malaysia sole distributor ENDOSURGERY SDN BHD, which is focused on laparoscopic surgery needle holder for suturing work. During the training, surgeons shared their opinions, thoughts, and feedback for FLEXDEX NEEDLE DRIVER in their laparoscopic procedures.
During the day, the training workshop participant had the opportunity to get to train and experiment with OLYMPUS 3D endoscopy and 2D training box and basic training box for the suturing work.
Thanks to the key trainer/speaker from FlexDex Surgical – Ms Katherine Sloggett - International Business Manager to provide the useful tips to go thru the learning curve to complete the 9 steps training.
We are looking forward to organizing more session to bring more surgeons who are interested to participate in the training in the near future.
