Cervical Spine Manpulation is used to treat a multitude disorders most commonly cervicogenic headaches , neck pain , stifness and cervical radiculopathy.

The manipulation done was to reduce the pain, improve function and to increase the ROM. The myofascial cupping therapy was also done to pre-load the muscle and the neural structures of the involved upper extremity.

Shoulder girdle pain is a common disabling complaint with a high lifetime prevalence. Interventions aimed at decreasing shoulder pain without stressing shoulder girdle structures have the potential to improve participation in multimodal shoulder rehabilitation programs.

Mobilization of the scapulothoracic joint focuses on restoring flexibility of musculature of the scapula, including the pectoralis minor, levator scapulae, rhomboids, and the posterior capsular structures.

This client was experiencing medial meniscus injury on her left knee - muscle tension on her quadriceps and hamstring post injury. Aside from the pain, she was unable to squat down normally too.

After a session she was able to squat in full range of motion.

We ended the session with movement program tailored to her needs to help her get back to sports.

Body Fix is like none other that I've been to and trust me I've been to many. For three long years, I have been having difficulties mobilizing my neck properly as it should. Muscle stiffness has been my most loyal companion till I stepped into Body Fix.

It was under the treatment of Michelle and her team in one session that changed my life back to normalcy. Their treatments were not your conventional/traditional stretching for 1 hour and sending you out the front door.

The team at Body Fix treated me attentively and full of dedication. An hour of treatment lasted two hours because they made sure I was fully treated before they allowed me to leave. This young and passionate team in Bodyfixme is going to change the stigma of physiotherapy.

The client came to Body Fix presenting a right shoulder pain and aslo restriction on internal and external rotation with a forward head posture.

Throughout his session, there was an improvement in her shoulder position, ROM on his external and internal rotation movement and an improved spinal position.
