17.01.2026 marked the beginning of Know Me Collective - not just a launch, but the start of a community built on courage, honesty, and healing.

What made the day truly meaningful wasn’t the programme or the setting, but the people in the room.
A room filled with open hearts, thoughtful presence, and individuals who showed up to support a bigger conversation around mental health.

To everyone who took time to be present, to listen, to engage, and to hold space, thank you.
Your presence affirmed why this collective exists: to create a safer, kinder place where healing is respected and never rushed.
