說到蕃薯大家應該都是又愛又恨~
原因:
1.原型食物不是加工,對血糖應改很好才對!
2.看起來就是很健康的食物,對血糖影響不大才對!

結果往往出乎大家意料之外,
很多學員都會說『老師,我真的吃蕃薯!蕃薯!還有配茶葉蛋!
但是你看我連續血糖監測數據竟然到200以上,
重點我也沒有吃很多,太冤望』

其實,魔鬼藏在細節裡!
烤蕃薯和蒸煮蕃薯對血糖影響還是有差異喔!
但絕對不是不再吃,
而是有技巧的來吃
1.搭配:與豆漿或雞蛋等蛋白質一起搭配
2.控制份量:適量吃
3.可以多搭配纖維如蔬菜等

Dah harini? Apa kata, di samping amalkan Pinggan Sihat Malaysia semasa waktu makan utama, cuba luangkan masa untuk lakukan aktiviti fizikal seperti berjalan, berjoging, berbasikal, bermain badminton atau lain-lain aktiviti yang anda suka..Cuci kereta dan sapu sampah pun aktiviti fizikal juga tau!

Selain tu, pastikan anda juga mendapat tidur yang cukup, sekurang-kurangnya 7 jam untuk dewasa..Jangan pandang ringan waktu tidur anda..
💤 Tidur yang cukup membantu kawal hormon lapar dan mengurangkan keinginan makanan manis & berlemak.

Kurang tidur ⬆️ hormon lapar (ghrelin)
Kurang tidur ⬇️ hormon kenyang (leptin)
➡️ Mudah lapar & makan berlebihan, terutamanya makanan tinggi gula dan lemak.
