𝗩𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

Once again, our energetic team of retinal specialists participated in the annual VR surgery masterclass sponsored by Alcon. Dr Kenneth Fong was the co-organizer with Dr Manoharan Shunmugam, Dr Ling Kiet Phang, Dato Dr Haslina Ali, and Dr Wilson Wong as speakers. More than 120 eye surgeon delegates from Malaysia, Philippines and Singapore attended this year.

We were honored to have Dr Manish Nagpal, a world renowned retinal surgeon from India and editor of the Retina Image Bank of the American Society of Retina Specialists, and Dr Carlo Nasol, a top retinal surgeon teacher and founder of the online Retina Rockstar Academy from Philippines join as guest faculty. They also took the opportunity to visit our main eye centre in Nexus Bangsar South with the international delegates 💙

Here’s what the American Academy of Ophthalmology recommends:

✅ 6–12 months: First comprehensive eye exam
