During the recent Chinese New Year gatherings, I had the wonderful opportunity to catch up with many old friends. Most of us are now in that beautiful, yet challenging, 45 to 55 age bracket.
Amidst the laughter and catching up, our conversations kept circling back to the same few struggles. One friend sighed, "My memory is getting so poor lately." Another chimed in, "I just can't seem to sleep well anymore, and my skin feels so dry and is losing its firmness."
