To everyone who joined our Skybi event at Bukit Jalil Tsustaya, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks. Your presence, openness, and willingness to take time for yourself made the session truly meaningful. 🌿

Our talk, “The Overwhelmed Woman: Create a Safe Space to Breathe,” was held in celebration of Women’s Wellness Month — a reminder for women to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves amidst the many roles they carry.
