NMA, lecturer at local university has waited 2 yr to have her baby. She had clomid cycles followed by IUI.

🎉🎉🎉 Happy New Year 2026 to all my patients, visitors & staffs🎉🎉🎉

This New Year bring a Marvelous News* to YZ & hubby.
They are married for 18yr
And had wanted to have a family since then😊

After seeking consultation with other fertility centers, YZ was told the way only way out is IVF **
So, she came to Metro for IVF & did her IVF egg pick-up yielding 6 frozen embryo 😁

3 mth later, she had FET using single Blastocyst.
And 2 wk later her Upt & bhcg were pos🥰. Bravo! YZ Is pregnant after waited 18 yr.
Another 2 wk later a pregnancy sac was seen inside her uterus (see pic).
The couple was very happy 🥰

*Marvelous News: The couple had waited for 18yr to conceive her 1st baby. It's also the longest waiting & successful couple I have managed😁

**Only treatment is IVF: IVF is the treatment for certain couples wishing to get pregnant which include blocked tubes, congenital absence of male tubes, very low egg reserve and severe OATS. If these conditions are diagnosed early then delay can be minimized

This Christmas 🎄 will be different & lovely for SM & her hubby🎁

SM has waited 9 years to have a family & had tried several IVF cycles** before coming to Metroivf to continue her TTC 😊

Her last cycle was in Feb this yr.
2 wk later both her Upt & bhcg were POS. Bravo! SM is finally pregnant 🥰 Her pregnancy progress smoothly and she delivered a healthy baby Angel girl with normal newborn measurements*🥰

*Normal newborn measurements: SM's baby at birth had weight 2.8kg, length 48cm and head circumference 33cm. These measurements are normal Malaysian average 👍

**Several IVF cycles: She had 3 IVF cycles at other centers before coming to Metroivf to continue her TTC. Her lastest cycle was FET using Day 3 embryo🥰

LS, tried to have a family for a yr. Her gynaecologist advised her to have IVF & she came to Metro.

LS is very positive of what she wants & did her OPU* in March followed FET** in April this yr.
2 wk later both Upt & bhcg were POS. Bingo!🥰 LS is pregnant in her 1st cycle 🥰

*OPU: Oocyte Pick-up; Eggs are harvested through the va**na using a fine needle under ultrasound guide.

**FET: Frozen Embryo Transfer where one Euploid blastocyst*** was transferred.

***Euploid blastocyst: it's a IVF embryo that has undergone PGT-A testing and found to have normal number of chromosomes (23 pairs). It's genetically healthy.

MM, had 2 IUI and 2 previous IVF cycles at another center. One ended with Chemical pregnancy. 😮

2 yr later MM decided to continue her TTC journey. She came to Metro for 2nd opinion and was told she has APLS* which can be managed 😊

So, she did her 3rd IVF cycle & had FET in Jan 2025

2 weeks later her Upt & bhcg were POS. Another 6 wk later 2 pregnancy sac with fetal seen. Bravo! 🥰 MM has Twins !🥰

In Sep 2025, she delivered a set of twins🥰🥰

*APLS: Anti phospholipid Syndrome is a condition where there's micro blood clotting resulting in recurrent failed IVF or miscarriage. APLS can be treated with blood thinner

KY came to Metro wanting to do ivf for egg factor* 😊

She had OPU in May 2024 and 2 embryos at day 2 were frozen👍
And 2 months later, she had her FET. Another 2 wks later her Upt & bhcg were POS. Bravo!🥰 KY is pregnant on her 1st IVF cycle 🥰

She subsequently delivered in hospital near her home.😁

KY is extremely delightful and came to share her happiness with Metro team (pic) 🥰

Received a Happy News 😁. The mother delivered of a healthy baby girl (pic) after waiting for 2 yrs.
Her embryo had PGT-A testing done and was a euploid embryo* 😁

*Euploid embryo: the chromosome number was embryo cells are normal and in pairs & this embryo has higher chance for implantation, less miscarriage & be a healthy baby 😊

SAC & hubby were extremely delighted to have their newborn in their arms after going through the up & down TTC journey.🥰

She have her 1st IVF last yr and managed to obtained only one previous Day 3 embryo for freezing. 😁

Her uterus was then prepared for 3 months by medication* to return it close to its natural state.
When her uterus was ready, FET was performed and 2 wk later her Upt & bhcg were positive🥰. Bravo!! SAC is pregnant with her only day 3 emb🥰

Last wk, SAC & her husband brought their newborn to share their happiness with Metroivf team.🥰

And together we wishes all our patients, staffs and visitors Happy Diwali 🪔🪔🪔🪔

*3 months by medication: this is to normalize the uterus and was done by monthly injection

When can you start a new IVF cycle after your oocyte pick-up**? 😊

YCM, married 11 yr, had tried to have her 2rd child. She had 4 x IVF cycles at another center and decided to do her 5th cycle at Metro.
Her 1st OPU* with us yielded 2 embryo (Day 3) which were frozen. 😀

She wanted more embryos because of her past 4 cycles & her age.
YCM was both mentally & physically healthy & fit and so we started her 2nd cycle 14days after OPU*.
3 embryos were obtained (2x Day 3 & one Day 5) & were all frozen.

Following her FET, her Upt & bhcg were POS! Bravo 🥰

4 week later a pregnancy sac with fetal heart was seen🥰

YCM's husband ( a Caring & Supportive Gentleman) was extremely delightful 🥰
(Bcos the couple still has 4 frozen embryo 😊)

*OPU: Oocyte pick-up
**Doing 2nd IVF cycle after OPU: It's usual to start another IVF cycle 4 to 6 weeks after OPU. It's also depends on woman's physical health & emotional state. If the woman is mentally & physically ready a new IVF cycle can be started earlier, 2 weeks later after OPU as in YCM's.

MMD married 8 yr, had tried 2x IUI & 2x IVF with another center. After resting 2 year she decided to continue her TTC journey at Metro 😄

She had her opu and yielded 4 embryos (day 3x2, blastocyst x2) 😁
2 x Day 3 embryo* were transferred 👍

2wk later her Upt & bhcg were POS! Bravo 🥰.
Another 2 wk later 2 pregnancy sacs were seen. MMD has twin pregnancy😁

Her pregnancy progressed smoothly and she delivered 2 healthy boys in her hometown 😁
