Twas a pleasure to have the opportunity to share this workshop on the importance of self care and manage it to a group of participants of varied background, those care for others, others involved in assisting, growing and caring for senior assisted living.

We learn to be aware of challenges in care giving. How to recognize it and learn to manage and care for ourselves in order to have a sustained meaningful impact to the persons we care for ✨🌷

This module helps participants to learn how to prioritise themselves in self care when caring for others. Learn to live more love, patience and care when caring for another especially challenging moments, how do we learn to take care of ourselves when it is difficult, tiring and exhausting, avoiding burnout.

I met with YB Teresa Kok last Saturday to look at the possibilities of offering PRH development training programs for her team, and volunteers.

I amazed by YB and the Seputeh team's dedication to come together, to prepare and cook free meals for those in needs.
Food are served on Saturdays Tetangga Salak Selatan from 11-12pm plus.

I am privileged to be given the opportunity to support and add value to the team and volunteers with the heart for the community in need.
