🌟 Techcare Introduce Innovative Solution at Cognitive Support Group Program in HTAR Klang 🌟
A heartfelt thank you to Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah (HTAR), Klang and the amazing Unit Pemulihan Cara Kerja team for organizing the Cognitive Support Group Program on 20 June 2025. 💙
The event brought together patients, families, and healthcare professionals to raise awareness about cognitive and physical rehabilitation.
During the session, Dr. Afra Abu Bakar, Rehabilitation Specialist at HTAR, delivered an inspiring talk on Cognitive Impairments in Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), highlighting the importance of early rehabilitation, teamwork, and innovative therapy in helping patients regain independence and quality of life.
Dr. Khor Kang Xiang from Techcare Innovation shared how digital technology is transforming rehabilitation, featuring live demos of:

🌟[HTAA Kuantan Introduces Innovative Driving-Based Rehab Technology to Support Patient Recovery] 🌟
Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan, Kuantan (HTAA) has become the first government hospital on Malaysia’s East Coast to introduce the Techcare Driving Simulator into its rehabilitation programme!
The driving simulator offers a transformative rehabilitation experience, particularly for patients recovering from stroke, neurological disorders, or physical trauma. Designed to mirror real-life driving conditions, this system provides a safe, controlled, and therapist-guided environment where patients can rebuild essential skills required for independent mobility.
HTAA remains dedicated to advancing patient recovery by thoughtfully integrating modern technology with compassionate, hands-on care, ensuring that every patient receives not only effective treatment, but also the support, dignity, and confidence needed to regain their independence.
