I remember when I was a kid, the question that always confused me most was, “What is your ambition?” My first answer was always “doctor.” But the truth is… even looking at my own bleeding wound could make me faint. So I never pursued that path. Then in 2016, when I began practicing massage, something shifted. I knew from my heart that this is my medicine. And when I started using my homemade virgin coconut oil, herbal poultice, flower and herbal essences, tincture, herbal smudge sticks and crystals in my sessions, I felt my childhood ambition come true, just in a way that was more natural and true to who I am. Over the years, being recognised by my clients has shown me that working with living humans through touch, herbs, talks, natural elements and intuition is truly my path, much more than being a doctor ever could have been.

Recently, we hosted a couple massage session combining Malay and Thai massage. The husband was in Syadzwan’s hands, while the wife received treatment from Xin Tong. Both sessions began in soft synchronization. The couple arrived feeling tired and walked out feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.

During the tea session afterward, they shared quiet moments, laughter and presence, a simple moment that strengthened their bond.

It was so sweet to witness such deep intimacy after a good massage session. It made us so happy and reminded us to care more for each other, just like this couple💕

Scent of roses fills the Earth Star room at .holistictherapy. Today was a deeply fruitful Chi Nei Tsang session for a committed client who has been coming monthly for her self care on the Upekkha Path for years. Recently, her father was admitted to the hospital. She shared that she was surprised by how calm she felt handling the family emergency, so different from a few years ago. She could observe her breath, notice each step, receive updates from the doctor without fear and make decisions with her family easily with a new clarity. Her dad is now on the path of recovery and I’m truly honored to support her during this time. Thank you so much for your trust and your presence.
