Abang dah lalu fasa buang masa.
Rokok, lepak kosong dan tabiat tak baik ke mana.
Seronok sekejap, badan rosak lama.

Badan ni amanah.
Tenaga muda ni tak datang dua kali.

Kalau kau ada masa untuk hisap rokok,
kau ada masa untuk angkat besi.
Kalau kau ada duit untuk bende tak elok,
kau ada duit untuk jaga badan kau sendiri.

Gym bukan pasal tunjuk besar.
Gym pasal disiplin,
pasal belajar jaga diri,
