❗ Jangan tunggu pengsan baru percaya.

Tanda biasa (lelaki & wanita):
• Sakit dada, rasa ketat, ditekan, terbakar
• Sakit menjalar ke lengan, leher, rahang, belakang
• Sesak nafas
• Peluh sejuk
• Loya atau muntah
• Pening atau rasa nak pitam

👨 Lebih kerap pada lelaki:
• Sakit dada yang KUAT (rasa macam kena hempap gajah 🐘)
• Sakit menjalar ke lengan kiri atau rahang
• Datang secara tiba-tiba

👩 Lebih kerap pada wanita (selalu disalah anggap):
• Letih melampau (bukan letih kerja biasa ya 😅)
• Sesak nafas walaupun tak buat apa-apa
• Loya, muntah, rasa “gastrik”
• Sakit belakang, leher atau rahang
• Rasa tak sedap badan + gelisah tanpa sebab

⚠️ PENTING:
Wanita MUNGKIN TIADA sakit dada.
Kalau rasa “lain macam” — itu BUKAN angin.

🚑 JANGAN BUAT BIASA
Kalau ada tanda-tanda ini, TERUS KE HOSPITAL.
