John Ambulance of Malaysia (SJAM) is a Non-Government Organization that provides first aid and community services to the public. Most of our members are volunteers and the activities are funded by public. There are 31 divisions included cadet and adult division which cover Segamat Area.

It gives us great pleasure to announce that the National President of St. John Ambulance of Malaysia has reappointed Dato' Lai See Ming as the Council Chairman and Commander-in-Chief of St. John Ambulance of Malaysia (SJAM).

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Dato’ Lai on his renewed appointment. His continued leadership, vision, and dedication will further strengthen our organisation as we advance our mission and responsibilities across the nation.

We look forward to working closely under his guidance and collectively supporting the strategic direction of SJAM in the coming term.

During October and November, we never stopped moving forward and continued providing first aid standby services for every event! 🚑

在过去的星期五我们前往利民达二校，为学生们进行急救与包扎的分享。我们向学生介绍了基础急救概念，并示范了三角巾包扎、止血处理与简单固定等技巧。学生们表现非常投入，主动参与练习，展现出高度的兴趣与专注力。通过这次活动，他们不仅学习到实用的急救技能，也增强了安全与自我保护的意识🤗

Last Friday, we visited SJK(C) Jementah 2 to conduct a first aid and bandaging sharing session with the students. We introduced basic first aid concepts and demonstrated techniques such as using a triangular bandage, bleeding control, and simple immobilization. The students were highly engaged, actively participating in the hands-on practice and showing great interest and focus. Through this activity, they not only learned practical first aid skills but also strengthened their awareness of safety and self-protection🤗

日前我们前往登雅华小，为学生们进行急救与包扎技巧的分享。过程中，我们向学生讲解基本急救观念，并示范三角巾运用、止血及固定等常见包扎方法。学生们积极参与，亲自练习，每个人都表现出浓厚兴趣与学习热忱😊

We recently visited SJK(C) to share first aid and bandaging skills with the students. During the session, we explained basic first aid concepts and demonstrated common bandaging methods, including the use of triangular bandages, bleeding control, and immobilization. The students participated actively and practiced the techniques themselves, each showing great interest and enthusiasm in learning😊

本区派遣五位队员，于10月31日至11月2日前往怡保，参与由全国总部与霹雳州分会联合举办的为期三天两夜的区官训练课程，以强化领导能力、拓展视野，并精进团队素质。

Kami telah menghantar seramai lima orang ahli untuk menghadiri Kursus Latihan Kepegawaian Kebangsaan 2025 selama tiga hari dua malam di Ipoh dari 31 Oktober hingga 2 November. Kursus ini dianjurkan bersama oleh Ibu Pejabat Kebangsaan dan St John Negeri Perak dengan tujuan memperkukuh keupayaan kepimpinan, meluaskan pandangan serta meningkatkan kualiti pasukan.

衷心感谢大家的热情接待与款待，也感谢这段温馨而有意义的交流旅程❤️

Our final stop brought us to Ipoh, where we visited the St. John Headquarters of Perak — a place rich in history and tradition.
We were fortunate to meet several senior members who warmly shared their valuable experiences and inspiring stories with us🫡
Our heartfelt thanks to them for their generous hospitality and the meaningful exchange that made this visit truly memorable❤️

离开 Kulim 后，我们前往霹雳太平（Taiping），与当地的朋友们见面交流。
太平是全马唯一设有圣约翰安老院的地区，这次有幸能前来探访，倍感珍惜❤️

早晨，我们一同前往著名的太平湖（Taiping Lake Gardens），在美丽的湖畔执行急救站岗任务确保跑者们的安全，同时也陪伴安老院的长者们出来走走，呼吸新鲜空气、欣赏湖光山色，让他们感受大自然的宁静与温暖。🌿☀️

随后，我们回到太平总部继续交流，彼此交换意见、分享经验。
衷心感谢太平的朋友们热情款待与周到安排，这次的相聚不仅增进了彼此的了解，也让我们带回满满的感动与启发。
期待下次再相聚，共续这份情谊与合作！🤝

After our visit to Kulim, we headed to Taiping, Perak, to meet and exchange ideas with our friends there.
Taiping is home to the only St. John Home for the Elderly in Malaysia, and we were truly grateful for the opportunity to visit❤️

In the morning, we went to the beautiful Taiping Lake Gardens, where we carried out our first aid duty around the scenic lake. We also brought along the elderly residents from the home, giving them a chance to enjoy the fresh air, stretch their legs, and appreciate the peaceful beauty of nature. 🌿☀️

Later, we returned to the Taiping St.John Headquarters for a meaningful discussion session, exchanging ideas and experiences with one another.
A heartfelt thank you to the Taiping Friends for their warm hospitality and thoughtful arrangements — this meaningful exchange strengthened our bonds and inspired us greatly.
We look forward to meeting again and continuing this spirit of friendship and collaboration! 🤝

感谢麻坡区会的邀请，我们的团队前去麻坡协助麻坡区会一同为 “麻坡国际双桥半程马拉松比赛” 负责急救站岗和救伤车服务。🏃‍♂️💨
跑者们在赛道上奋力拼搏，我们会在场边守护，随时准备提供急救协助，让大家安心冲向终点！💪✨

We would like to thanks the Muar Area for the invitation. Our team went to Muar to support the International Twin Bridges Half Marathon Muar 2025 by taking charge of the first aid stations and ambulance services. 🏃‍♂️💨
While the runners gave their best on the course, we stood by at the sidelines, always ready to provide first aid assistance and ensure everyone could run towards the finish line with peace of mind! 💪✨
