Being overweight is a problem many postpartum women encounter
Me too, I get depressed every time I see myself in the mirror
- I am Najila Trindade, 33 years old, a teacher living and working in kuala lumpur. After giving birth to my first child, I had weight problems. Face fat, belly fat, thigh fat, especially after giving birth, still have stretch marks.
