β¨ππ₯ Kimchi Tuna Quinoa Noodles π₯πβ¨
Quick, tangy, and nourishing! π₯’
Packed with probiotics from kimchi, lean protein from tuna, and the wholesome goodness of quinoa avocado noodles, this bowl is light yet satisfying. πͺπΏ
π©βπ³ Ingredients (1 serving):
40g Tresor Treats Quinoa Avocado Noodles (or any convenient brand)
Β½ cup kimchi, chopped
50g canned tuna in water (β
can)
Β½ cup cucumber, thinly sliced
50g spinach
2 cloves garlic, minced
Β½ tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
π₯ Steps:
1οΈβ£ Add spinach, minced garlic, and 1 tbsp water. Cover loosely and cook on high for 1β2 minutes until spinach is soft.
2οΈβ£ Add hot or boiled water to cover noodles in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover loosely and cook on medium high for 3-4 minutes or until desired texture. Drain well.
3οΈβ£ To the same bowl, add noodles, kimchi & tuna chunks and mix. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
4οΈβ£ Top with cucumber slices, serve warm & enjoy.
