⚠️ BULAN PUASA & RISIKO HIPOGLISEMIA 🩸

Pernah dengar apa itu Hipoglisemia?

Hipoglisemia berlaku apabila paras gula dalam darah menjadi terlalu rendah dan ia boleh berlaku ketika berpuasa, terutamanya bagi pesakit diabetes.

❗ Tanda-tanda yang perlu anda perhatikan ialah:

• Pening
• Menggigil
• Jantung berdebar
• Berpeluh sejuk
• Keliru / Susah fokus
• Penglihatan kabur
• Sukar bertutur

Jika anda mengalami tanda-tanda ini, jangan abaikan.

👉 Segera periksa paras gula jika ada glucometer.
👉 Jika bacaan terlalu rendah, berbuka puasa segera dan teruskan dengan mengambil minuman manis atau gula-gula.

As many of the packet and canned drinks we love contain hidden sugars that can quickly lead to sugar overload without us realizing it. 🥤

⚠️ Excess sugar intake increases the risk of:

• Heart disease
