Kavitha Supramaniam is the co-founder of Yoga Tatva Healing Studio. She conducts workshops , trainings & healing nationally and internationally.
She is a Diploma holder from International Yoga Federation & Asian Yoga Federation of India under Yoga Teacher & Judge qualifications. International Yoga Federation is a non-profit tax-exempt organization founded in 1987, celebrates the authentic yoga teachings of all traditions, the diversity, harmony and integrity of yoga practices throughout the world.
Kavitha Supramaniam is also a registered Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance. Yoga Alliance is a U.S.-based non-profit membership trade and professional organization for yoga teachers.
Apart from Yoga, she does Sound therapy with Tibetan singing bowls. Tibetian singing bowl is an ancient form of regeneration. After sound therapy emotions are calm and the mind clearer, and the sound vibrations have effect on the body after the singing bowls have been played on it. The sound is undoubtedly one of the most powerful media, as it can take the human spirit in different states of consciousness.
Kavitha Supramaniam also hold a Diploma of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage. It is a unique system of bodywork that combines deep tissue massage with coordinated breathwork and yoga stretching.
The method was developed by Master Kusum Modak in Pune, India, after many years of studying traditional Ayurvedic massage and Iyengar yoga. At Yoga Tatva Healing Centre, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is an amazing technique which works on physical, emotional, mental and energetic levels.
