🌿 Student Appreciation: Maha 🌿

Today we celebrate the wonderful Maha ✨ A loving mother of 2, a caring aunt, and one of the most down-to-earth souls in our yoga family.

Maha works hard every day, beautifully balancing her career and motherhood. Yet, she always shows up on the mat, completes her yoga homework, and continues to inspire us with her dedication and flexibility 💚

What makes her journey even more special is that she brings along her two beautiful daughters, Shwati and Shuruthi 🌸 Both of them are growing their love for yoga, following their mother’s shining example of strength, discipline, and kindness.

To me, Maha is more than a student – she’s a mother figure and a true role model. Her strength, humility, and nurturing spirit inspire our entire yoga family. ✨🙏

Let’s send Maha, Shwati, and Shuruthi all our love and blessings 💕

🌿 Student Spotlight: Kaithri 🌿

Meet Kaithri, one of our most dedicated yoginis at Namaste Yoga Studio 🌸 She has been with us since 2020, and her journey has been truly inspiring.

Not only is she a marathon runner 🏃‍♀️, a teacher 👩‍🏫, but she has also remained consistent with her yoga practice all these years. 💚

Her discipline, strength, and positive spirit shine through both on and off the mat. Kaithri reminds us that yoga is not just about flexibility – it’s about balance, focus, and carrying inner peace into everything we do. ✨

We are so proud to have her as part of our yoga family 🙏 Let’s all send love and blessings to Kaithri for being such an inspiration 💕

PART 2 -

✨ A glimpse into our Hari Merdeka Yoga Event 2025 🇲🇾🧘‍♀️

From warm-ups ➡️ sun salutations ➡️ challenging poses ➡️ partner yoga ➡️ calming pranayama ➡️ ending with mindful meditation ✨ … this flow was nothing short of magical! 🌸

Despite the heavy rain 🌧️, our amazing students, kids, and families brought so much energy and joy to the mat. 💙 A big THANK YOU to each of you for showing up with open hearts. 💫

Special gratitude to my co-partner Mr. Navinther 🙏 for sharing the stage, guiding, and making this event a success.

We ended with refreshments 🥤 and smiles, leaving us with positivity to carry into September. 🌸✨

🌟 Let’s keep this energy flowing all month long!

🌧️✨ Despite the heavy rain, we had to relocate back to our studio but our Hari Merdeka Yoga Event turned into a truly magical morning! 💙❤️🤍 Families, kids, and yogis came together with so much energy, laughter, and love.

We flowed through warm-ups, 🌞 sun salutations, 💪 challenging asanas, 🤝 partner poses that built bonds, followed by calming pranayama 🌬️ and a grounding meditation 🧘‍♀️. We ended the day with refreshments and beautiful connections.

A big heartfelt thank you to all my students who showed up and embraced the spirit of yoga and togetherness. 🙏💫 Special gratitude to my co-partner Mr. Navinther, who shared the stage with me and made this event possible.

What a wonderful way to begin September 🌸—with meaning, unity, and positivity. Here’s to carrying this energy throughout the month ahead! 💫✨
