Many people ask: “Is memory decline always dementia?”
The answer is no. Some people first develop Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) — memory or thinking issues more than normal ageing, but not yet dementia.

The good news? 🥳 Research (including the Lancet Commission) shows 12 lifestyle and health factors can lower our risk or delay dementia.
