Lama betul xde home visit selepas PKP PKPD,PKPP..

Progress our patient..it takes almost 5months to full recovery with reflo 8 after that..Alhamdulillah this pt can walk slowly with walking frame now..

Notes of Progress @ picture okey...

Control blood sugar..
Control emotion..
Control infection..
Control movement..

More important is family support...

Semerah padi.. Luka diabetic foot ulcer.. Recurrent plantar foot ulcer..

Dah sembuh plantar.. Merebak plak yg bahagian atas.. Pesakit dah lama discaj.. Tp terpaksa panggil khidmat kami balik sebab bila nampak ada blister pada kaki atas plak...

Pesakit admit wad dan buat wound Debribment.. Lepas tu kami akan buat daily dressing..

Kenapa recurrent?
1)Gula x control..
2) sistem limfatik dalam badan kita dah terganggu kesan dr diabetik..
3) garu2 sampai melecet.. Infection
4) gigitan serangga/semut= infection
