Liveactive exist to fill in the gap of public health education that looms in Malaysia. We are here to communicate the latest health guidelines available in order to improve the state of health especially in Negeri Sembilan. 💪❤️‍🩹

We touched on the WHO guidelines on physical activity for kids all the way to senior citizens.👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

The intention was to provide fundamental health awareness to the rakyat with the hope that they would bring it home and communicate to their friends and families. 🔊
