After my first baby, Iโ€™d become someone who hit snooze like it was survival. My youth felt stolen. Even when I slept, Iโ€™d wake up exhausted.๐Ÿ˜ฉ

But something happened that morningโ€ฆ.I rolled out of bed. Checked on Faith (she was 18 months). Made my shake and got ready for work. It was the first for the past one yearโ€ฆ.๐Ÿ˜ณ

A few days later, Coach Liz asked during our weekly check-in:
โ€œAny difference in your energy?โ€
I almost said no.
Then I stopped.
โ€œWait. I havenโ€™t hit snooze all week.โ€

Thatโ€™s when it hit me. My body had been changing but I just hadnโ€™t been paying attention.๐Ÿ˜…

Hereโ€™s what most women miss.
They watch the scale. Wait for pounds to drop before believing anything works.

But your body talks differently when it finally gets what it needs. Mine told me through mornings I could handle.๐Ÿคฉ

Energy lasting through the day.

Stamina to move without feeling destroyed.

The weight came off eventually from all three pregnancies โ€”Faith, Joy, Dylanโ€”I lost total of 26kgs! ๐Ÿฅณ Looking back, it seemed impossible at that point of timeโ€ฆ.

But that morning when I didnโ€™t hit snooze?
That was proof my body wasnโ€™t broken๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป
It was just missing something.

Hellooo!! A great deal happened since the last I updated on my personal page. Certain circumstances prompted me to stop updating here and Iโ€™m uncertain if I should continue after this ๐Ÿ˜Œ but I wanted to give you an update.

Two days before my 45th birthday, I opened a nutrition club / smoothie shop โ€”- providing healthy and low calories smoothies, teas and drinks. Itโ€™s my passion project, the biggest ever! Iโ€™m gonna be putting all my heart and soul into it ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป

This passion project started a year ago and it took me and my husband awhile to decide to โ€œjump inโ€. I must say it hasnโ€™t been easy!!

But trusting God, that He is guiding me all the way, brings peace in my heart. There are many lessons learnt so far and challenges ahead of me BUT often times Iโ€™m just lost in words by how God has provided for us and how He brings the right people/ angels to me. Iโ€™m grateful to them ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Since the road ahead is unknown, letโ€™s journey together and hereโ€™s to a new beginning on my 45th birthday! ๐Ÿฅณ๐ŸŽˆ๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽ

Schools can give you an education and how to make a living but they can never teach you how to make a fortune.

I chose to unfollow the โ€œsystemโ€ - get good grades, good job and wait till retirement to get my โ€œpenchant incomeโ€ to do what I wanna do.

I choose to the road many people fear to walk - being an entrepreneur and owning a business. It was also scary for me at first but the training and support system of my company taught me everything I need. โค๏ธ I made my first 5-figure income within the first 2 years.

But it was never about how good I am. The only thing I am good at is my willingness to learn. ๐Ÿ™‚

Never stop learning to grow. The day you think you know everything is the day you close the doors to opportunities. ๐Ÿ˜Œ

1. A wholefood lunch idea ๐Ÿ‘‰ strawberries and raspberries, cucumber slices with guac, salad with romaine lettuce and seasoned shrimp ๐Ÿค

2. Salmon lunch ๐Ÿ‘‰ berries, 2 eggs and a kale salad with crispy salmon, cucumbers and tomatoes.
