🌟 Occupational Therapy at Shine Child Therapy Centre

Occupational Therapy (OT) helps children build the essential skills they need for everyday life. Our therapists work closely with children to support their independence, confidence, and participation in home, school, and social environments.

🔹 What we focus on:

Fine motor skills – improving hand strength, pencil grip, writing, buttoning, using scissors, and self-care activities.

Gross motor skills – balance, coordination, posture, and body awareness.

Sensory integration – helping children regulate their responses to sound, touch, movement, and other sensory input.

Daily living skills – dressing, eating, grooming, and other self-care routines.

Attention & focus – supporting children to stay on task and complete activities successfully.
