🩷 October is Pink Month 🩷

When we talk about women’s health, the first thing that comes to mind is usually breast cancer—and yes, it is the No.1 cancer for Malaysian women (1 in 20 women will face it in their lifetime).

But here’s what many don’t know:
👉 The 2nd most common cancer among women in Malaysia is colorectal cancer.
Yet… it is hardly spoken about.

⚠️ Many women mistake early signs as “just gastric” or dismiss changes in digestion. This delay in screening can cost precious time and lives.

💡 And beyond that, cervical cancer and thyroid diseases continue to affect thousands of women every year.

✨ Our bodies hold not only what we eat, but also the emotions we store inside. Food, movement (like yoga), emotional balance, and regular health checks are all deeply connected to our overall wellbeing.

🌸 Ladies, especially those aged 40 and above—please take this seriously:
✅ Do your annual blood screening (with cancer markers).
✅ Don’t ignore persistent “gastric-like” symptoms or unusual body changes.
✅ Care for your body, mind, and soul every day.

🌱 Over the past week, Teacher Tang completed three meaningful trainings in Malaysia — two on Yoga Psychology and one focused on Teenagers & Yoga.

He reminds us of the urgent challenges teenagers face today: mental health struggles, bullying, risky behaviors, and emotional turmoil. 🌍✨
Through yoga, quiet time practices, and emotional self-analysis, teens can learn to manage their emotions, strengthen their minds, and move toward a healthier, more positive life.

💡 “Meditation stimulates the prefrontal lobe, helping teens balance their hormonal changes and reduce risky behavior.”

It was deeply inspiring to see so many dedicated teachers come together, ready to support not only their own children but also the wider community of teens in need. 💖
