Fair attendance.. they gave as expected a favorable display of performance.
They provided a positive and satisfactory workout that met the
established standards.
Master Wilfred Jameson, resident sabom advised them to practise with understanding and avoid the careless attitude, but with concentration and confidence.
Presentation of the remaining Gup certificates to the Gup members by Master Wilfred Jameson and reciting the 5 principles closed the afternoon session.

The majority of the members was punctual to arrive at the dojang and wasting no time they were on the floor awaiting for the resident sabom to have another 2 - hour of training session.
Master Wilfred Jameson, resident sabom conducted...he focussed on the basic disciplines, patterns, pads striking and hand to hand combat involving immersive participation, skill development and knowledge retention.
All attendees gave their full concentration and completed the workouts with sincerity.
Meanwhile, Jokyo.Bianca, Jokyo Rafuel and Jokyo Bryan were assigned to assist in the various workout. They have made good progress.
Presentation of Dan/Gup certificates by Master William Palli closed the day's session.

Training resumed this afternoon for the year 2026 at the Kpg Community Hall Pichin.
A good turn-up of members..powerful and energetic . The majority have set resolutions , goals of the year focusing on self-improvement, skills and would most probably prepare to struggle to stick with them even when challenges arise...a good beginning of the year..
Master Wilfred Jameson, resident sabom conducted..He was cautioned to start the day with light workouts to avoid any untoward injury that might arise.
Meanwhile, Jokyo Bianca was assigned to do the warm-up exercise. ..

A great event..the final Shimsa of the year was held this morning at the Club's dojang, the Village Community Hall Pichin.
Apart from the Gup members there were a few taking their Cho Dan as well as Ee Dan .
The Club also welcomed a few members from other clubs in Kuching..coming over to participate in the event.
Generally, the event went on smoothly and the majority of the participants have done satisfactory well.
Highlights came from the power breaking of boards and burnt bricks..There were cheers and applause from comrades and their family members as one after another breaking away the boards and bricks.
The Chief examiners were Master George Sim and Master Wilfred Jameson.
They veere assisted by Master Lichu Loat .
Master Raily Benedict was appointed as the Panjang .
In attendance were Master William Palli and Master Jimmy Palli and many Jokyo and Udanja.
Meanwhile, Master William Palli, Advisor of Kpg Pichin MA Club was invited to give away Gup certificates to those who had recently taken and passed the previous Shimsa ..
At closing, many masters spoke on the day's event as well as matters related to the arts.
A simple lunch was served to all the participants at the courtesy of Pichin Club..

Good turn up of members .
It was the last training session before they took the final Shimsa of the year on Sunday 14th December 25.
All in high spirits were very determined and
diligently covering all the workouts with intensity. They focussed and executed the free hand combat with skills and confidently revised all the hyungs with sincerity.
SBN Master Jimmy Palli stood up for the resident sabom..he was pleased with their outputs. He advised the members before closing to practise with understanding and perform all workouts with confidence and sincerity.
Jokyo Raphael and Jokyo Bryan were assisting ..

A Gup Shimsa for a few Gup members ( 3 white belts & 3 orange belts)was carried out in today's training session.
All of them have done well .
The Chief Examiner was Master Wilfred Jameson and Master Jimmy Palli and Jokyo Bianca were appointed as the Examiner and Panjang respectively.
Meanwhile, a short training session was carried out immediately after the event .
It was a good turn-up of members . All in high spirits, courageously covered the workouts with great effort .
The resident sabom, Master Wilfred Jameson was careful to ensure minimum mistakes committed during the workouts...hyungs were revised and hand to hand combat was executed with skillful end results.
Those earmarked to take the final Shimsa on 14th December were advised to take personal drills at home to correct their weaknesses/shortcomings (if any).

A Gup Shimsa for a few Gup members ( 3 white belts & 3 orange belts)was carried out in today's training session.
All of them have done well .

Good turn-up...all looked keen and energetic...they courageously performed all workouts with confidence.
The atmosphere in the dojang was friendly and positive fostering a sense of community and effective learning. .. helping one and another like the family members, seniors guiding junior members in a constructive and encouraging manner.
Master Wilfred Jameson, resident sabom conducted. He has assigned Jokyo Bianca and Udanja Noel to look after the junior Gup members in their various workouts.
As observed, those qualified to take the final Shimsa of the year on Sunday, 14th December have put in extra effort to rectify their weaknesses and shortcomings with the sabom who had a busy time assisting them in all possible ways.
There were still four more training sessions to attend to get ready for the event.
All in great form though exhausted at closing..

Master Wilfred Jameson, resident sabom conducted. He was assisted by Jokyo Bianca and Udanja Noel and Udanja Eunice. They were assigned to look after the beginners and junior Gup members.
As observed, they have done well and gave a good account of themselves.
The basic disciplines, hyungs, and hand to hand combat were the workouts of the day.
All the attendees looked fit and in high spirits...they sort of fostered a strong sense of community and there was teamwork, effort and commitment motivating
everyone to do their best.
A good training session and everyone in high spirits at closing.

The majority of attendees arrived right on schedule, looking fit and full of vitality.
As usual they gave full effort and commitment in all workouts...the basic disciplines, hyungs and hand to hand combat.
Those members who were earmarked to take the last quarter of the year Shimsa in December 2025 demonstrated excellent organizational skills
and resources effectively to overcome their weaknesses...there was still sufficient time left for them to achieve their best.
