🌟How to use an Oximeter?

It is used to measure your body oxygen level and it should NOT be less than 95% at all times ❗️

This is a warm reminder and sharing for all.
🔅Buy an oximeter with MEDICAL GRADE. If you are unsure, ask the seller for KKM/MOH letter.
🔅Test a few times a day, especially at night. You don’t need to keep it on your finger the whole day!

And.. we know it could be expensive for some! Therefore, if you’re in need of one because you’re tested positive. You may give us a ring, you do have a few for loan.
