Qualifications:
• Degree in Production Engineering or Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in production field and sound knowledge in injection molding.

Job Description
1. Manage overall production department and factory.
2. Initiate new product development, creating product drawing with process flow chart and working instruction.
3. Lead continual improvement activities on both cost saving and safety.
4. Managing quality equipment .
5. Review and disposition of supplier PPAPs. (Production Part Approval Process)
6. Coordinate customer’s SPAPs. (Supplier Part Approval Process)
7. Create and manage Control Plan (CP) for every product.
8. Perform any other job request by management in performing daily routine.

The extension tubes are designed to deliver the drug or medication to the patient by connecting to the other devices like Syringe Pump, PCA pump, and extra. Extension tubes are connected between active medical devices and patient by standard Luer slip or Luer lock connector.
