HACCP AWARENESS & INTERNAL AUDIT – English Hotbreads (Sel) Sdn Bhd.

Food safety is not a one-time effort—it is built through continuous awareness, practice, and improvement.

On 10 April 2026, we conducted a HACCP Awareness Training for English Hotbreads (Sel) Sdn Bhd, led by Puan Nur Nadhirah Husna Mohd Yusof.

The session focused on strengthening understanding of HACCP principles, including hazard identification, critical control points, and the importance of maintaining consistent food safety practices in daily operations. The team’s enthusiasm and engagement reflected a strong willingness to build a safer food production environment through knowledge and awareness.

Following that, on 14 April 2026, we carried out a HACCP Internal Audit session facilitated by Puan Amirah Emran. Participants were guided through structured auditing processes, evaluating current practices, identifying gaps, and reinforcing compliance with HACCP requirements.

The session highlighted the team’s openness to improvement and their commitment to strengthening food safety systems.

Together, these two sessions reflect a complete cycle of learning, implementation, and continuous improvement.

A safe food environment begins with knowledgeable and responsible food handlers—it’s not just about compliance, but about protecting every consumer through proper practices.

On 14 April 2026, Food Handler Training session for NKS Foodwork Resources, held in-house at the training room of PHEIO Management Sdn Bhd.

Throughout the session, participants were equipped with essential knowledge on food safety, personal hygiene, and proper handling techniques to ensure safe food preparation at all times.

Led by our trainer, Ms Najihah Mohamad, the training provided practical guidance on preventing contamination, maintaining cleanliness, and understanding the responsibilities of food handlers in upholding food safety standards.

On 30–31 March 2026, a two-day session on Understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) MS 1480:2025 Transition and ISO 22002-100:2025 & ISO 22002-1:2025 Transition was conducted at Yeo Hiap Seng (Yeo’s) Shah Alam by Puan Amirah Emran, Founder & Director of PHEIO Management Sdn Bhd.

The session focused on clarifying key updates within the revised standards and enhancing the implementation of both HACCP and PRPs to strengthen overall food safety management system effectiveness.
