在欢聚的时刻,
有些人其实不是不想聊天,
而是基于一些理性与心理上的顾虑:
例如怕自己说错话、
担心对方不想聊,
或者不知道如何回应,
怕自己接不住对方说的话。

所以,
如何在开口前先觉察自己的状态、做好自我照顾,
如何觉察对方的状态,理解、体谅对方,
以及如何用更明智的方式回应对方,
就变得非常重要。

Once I stopped fighting age,
my body responded.

People sometimes think change means
doing more.

For me, it meant creating a rhythm
my body could trust.

I move every day,
but I don’t exhaust myself.

I eat less,
but I eat with care.

I make space for stillness,
so my nervous system can settle.

I use a few simple tools
that support me,
but the most important thing
is consistency.

This rhythm didn’t come from discipline.
It came from listening.

And once the body feels safe,
it starts to respond.
