🚑💨 Airway Workshop @ Hospital Miri Emergency Department 💨🚑
We had an incredible time participating in the Airway Workshop held at Hospital Miri’s Emergency Department, where nearly 30 enthusiastic doctors, nurses, paramedics, and students came together to sharpen their airway management skills! 🙌
The workshop featured three hands-on stations:
🔹 Adult Airway – i-gel & USB-guided techniques
🔹 Paediatric Airway – Paeds i-gel applications
🔹 Non-Invasive Interfaces – CPAP Helmet, Ventumask & GoPap
It was a fantastic opportunity to learn, collaborate, and practice life-saving techniques in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Huge thanks to the facilitators and organizers for making this workshop a success! 💙

Introducing the i-gel® Plus resus pack - our latest addition to the Intersurgical i-gel® family.
The i-gel® Plus Resus Pack contains everything you need to prepare, insert and secure the i-gel® Plus, incorporating the more the following product improvements of the advanced advanced i-gel® Plus device:
✅ Larger gastric channel - Allows for the insertion of a larger gastric tube
✅ Intubation ramp - Optimises use as a conduit for intubation
✅ Longer cuff tip - To help improve the oesophageal seal
This means there is no need for cuff deflation prior to insertion and no cuff inflation after placement to secure a seal, shortening and simplifying the preparation and insertion procedure.
