The Adams forward bend test
✔️What’s it about?
The Adams forward bend test is a simple clinical screening test used to detect scoliosis, which is an abnormal sideways curvature of the spine.

✔️Purpose:
The test primarily measures spinal asymmetry. It helps identify uneven rib or back elevation that may indicate spinal rotation, a key feature of scoliosis.

Stroke symptoms may include any of the following:

肩关节脱位
• 肩关节脱位是指肱骨（上臂骨）从肩胛骨（肩胛）的关节窝中脱出。
• 通常由肩关节创伤或损伤引起
• 肩关节脱位可导致患肢剧烈疼痛、肿胀及活动受限。肩关节可能出现明显畸形或隆起。
• 治疗需通过固定与康复训练恢复肌力和活动范围，部分病例需手术干预。
若怀疑肩关节脱位，务必及时就医以确保准确诊断和规范治疗。

SHOULDER DISLOCATION
• Shoulder dislocation is a condition in which the upper arm bone (humerus) comes out of its socket in the shoulder blade (scapula).
• It is often caused by trauma or injury to the shoulder joint
• Shoulder dislocation can result in severe pain, swelling, and limited mobility of the affected arm. It may also cause visible deformity or protrusion of the shoulder joint.
• Treatment for shoulder dislocation is by immobilization and rehabilitation exercises to restore strength and range of motion. In some cases, surgery may be necessary
It is important to seek medical attention if you suspect a shoulder dislocation to ensure proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

C7神经根从颈部第七颈椎（C7）水平处离开脊髓。随后它穿过肩部区域，沿上臂和前臂后侧向下延伸，甚至可抵达中指。
当该神经受到压迫或刺激时，可能引发一种称为神经根病变的病症。
如何判断是否为C7神经受累？📚
- 疼痛始于颈部，沿手臂后侧向下蔓延，可达中指
- 三头肌（伸展肘部时使用的肌肉）无力
- 测试时三头肌反射减弱或消失
- 中指可能出现麻木或刺痛感
若出现上述症状，切勿忽视。
早期评估与规范治疗可有效防止神经刺激恶化，并加速功能恢复。

The C7 nerve root exits your spinal cord at the level of the seventh cervical vertebra (C7) in your neck. From there, it travels through the shoulder area, runs down the back part of your upper arm and forearm, and can even reach all the way to your middle finger.
When this nerve gets compressed or irritated, it can lead to a condition known as radiculopathy.
How do you know if it’s your C7 nerve that’s affected? 📚
- Pain that starts in your neck, travels down the back of your arm, and can reach your middle finger.
- Weakness in your triceps muscle (the muscle you use to straighten your elbow).
- A decreased or absent triceps reflex when tested.
- Possible numbness or tingling specifically in the middle finger.
If you’re noticing these symptoms, don’t ignore them.
Early evaluation and proper treatment can help prevent worsening of nerve irritation and improve your function faster.
