🧡 [SELF-INJURY AWARENESS DAY] 🧡

Every year, 1st March is observed to raise understanding, compassion, and support for individuals who struggle with self-injury. 🩹

Let’s wear orange today to show our support, as it symbolizes hope and solidarity for those who are on their healing journey. 💞

This day also encourages us to learn more about self-injury by replacing judgment with empathy, such as listening without judgment, offering a kind word, or checking in on someone, which can make a meaningful difference. 🤝🏻

Together, through awareness and compassion, we help create a safer space where support feels possible and hope feels real. 🫂

🍽️ [BINGE EATING DISORDER] 🍽️

Hey guys! 😄

Let’s learn about an important mental health topic today! Binge Eating Disorder (BED) is where a person repeatedly eats very large amounts of food in a short time and feels unable to stop. It happens at least once a week for three months. 🍔

People with BED may eat very quickly, eat even when not hungry or eat alone due to embarrassment. After eating, they often feel guilt or loss of control, and may use food to cope with stress or painful emotions. 😞

There is no single cause, but stress, depression, trauma, brain chemistry, family history and mood disorders can increase the risk. Eating can release “feel-good” chemicals like dopamine, which makes it harder to stop once the binge begins. 🧠⚡

Treatment usually includes psychotherapy such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), sometimes medication and nutrition guidance to build a healthier relationship with food. 📋

🌿 [BE HUMBLE DAY] 🌿

Hello everyone! 😊

Today, 22 February 2026, we celebrate Be Humble Day that serves as a special reminder to practice humility in our daily lives. This day encourages us to reflect on our weaknesses and appreciate the achievements of others without boasting.✨

In psychology, humility helps us build healthier relationships because it keeps us open minded and willing to grow.🧠

You can celebrate by listening more than you talk, giving sincere compliments, volunteering your time and admitting your mistakes.😌

Let’s choose to stay humble and kind, not just today but every day.🌎

🐾 [NATIONAL LOVE YOUR PET DAY] 🐾

Hi Psychic Fam! 💞

Today, 20th of February, is a National Love Your Pet Day that is celebrated every year to appreciate the joy, comfort, and unconditional love our pets bring into our lives. 🐶🐱

Whether they’re furry, feathery, or scaly, our pets are more than just animals, they are companions who reduce stress, ease loneliness, and make our days a little brighter. 🤍

You can celebrate by giving them extra attention, longer walks, cuddle time, special treats, or even a simple check to make sure they are healthy and comfortable! ✨

Today is a reminder to show our beloved companions a little extra love, because they deserve it every single day!! 🌟
