If your home has signs of flood waters entering, please switch off and unplug your Coway products immediately and move them to a higher level if possible. For customers whose Coway products were damaged by the flood, we will try our hardest to find the best solution to help you.
As for customers affected by other difficulties such as water disruption in the Klang Valley, please turn off your water supply and also switch off your Coway products.
