We offer individual sessions as well as group training and seminars. Our therapists are inclusive and adhere to international standards of conduct. Plus, our office is nestled in a cozy office space in Subang Jaya, just 2 minutes walk away from Subang Jaya LRT and KTM! Talking about your struggles can be a scary experience. “Holiday blues are real.”
“I feel so overwhelmed with everything.”
“I try to do more or keep up with my routine, but puasa month can be challenging.”

If it feels like too much, remember that you don’t have to figure everything out.
Take a moment to sit with yourself and ask,
“What is the next small step I can take?”

Sometimes it’s, “Ahh, I really need a break.”
Sometimes it’s, “I think I can try one small thing.”
Both count!

Nothing fancy.
