We often hear ā€œMaaf Zahir dan Batinā€ during this season. But sometimes, the hardest person to forgiveā€¦ is the one staring back at us in the mirror.

Hari Raya isnā€™t just about the new clothes or the open houses. Itā€™s a reminder that we are allowed to reset. To let go of the guilt weā€™ve been carrying since last Syawal. To release the pressure of being ā€œperfectā€ for guests, family, or social media.

This festive season, I hope you grant yourself the same grace you so freely give to others. šŸ§”

As we welcome the Lunar New Year, letā€™s take a moment to honour the year that shaped us.

You made it through days you thought you couldnā€™t.
You carried burdens no one saw.
You kept going ā€” even when it felt heavy.

This new year isnā€™t about becoming someone new.
Itā€™s about appreciating who you already are.

In 2026, may we:
āœØ Practice gratitude for how far weā€™ve come
āœØ Live more fully in the present moment
āœØ Care for our emotional wellbeing as intentionally as our physical health
āœØ Give ourselves permission to rest, feel, and grow
